Family and senior housing rehab, 327 units Phase I of this conversion of four high-rise buildings originally designed by Bertrand Goldberg have been placed on the national register of historic buildings. The complete gut rehabilitation and extensive landscaping to the 14 acre setting is being done to the standards of the National Historic Trust. Originally designed as public housing, when completed will contain affordable rental apartments for both seniors and families.
